Our technical team strive to value engineer and deliver the very best product selection for your requirements. Following on from design briefs, they work closely with the design studio to deliver a cost effective, high quality solution. Full technical drawings are issued as required for client inputs and sign offs, so a full understanding of the solution is shared with all stakeholders.

Project Management

Our project management team are on hand from day one. We work closely with our clients and our project team integrate with yours to ensure seamless project delivery. We have a project extranet that enables all clients and project members to have a clear overview of the project at all times. This overview includes design briefs, visuals and drawings, project status charts, instant messaging and meeting appointments. We will also incorporate bespoke requirements that reflect your needs. You will typically benefit from the personal touch of a specific contact throughout the project, and that contact will have the full support of our team at all times.

Production

In the modern environment, ‘need it now’ situations are swiftly becoming a more regular occurrence. We also work with Quality Control Management, assuring you that only the highest quality product is delivered. Our in-house and out-house associates partner production facilities allow us to offer a full bespoke solution to any print or signage requirement.

Installation

Continued investment ensures our in-house installation crews – coupled with SSSTS and SMSTS trained supervision – consistently deliver quality and service with confidence and passion on all of our projects. We work day and night to keep your project on time, every time. From the initial pre-sales survey and issuing of risk assessments and method statements through to the final snagging inspection, our technical and project teams work hand in hand with the installation manager to ensure a smooth handover. Photographic evidence is also taken of every install and either emailed or uploaded to the project extranet for additional piece of mind. Whilst installing we proactively identify and rectify any potential issues immediately, minimising disruption to our clients. A full snagging visit after installation further ensures a snag-free handover and sign off.
